At Monarch Athletics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in their original packaging.
- Be free from odors, stains, pet hair, or damage.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Final sale products
- Customized or personalized items
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund, subject to approval.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@monarchathletics.com with your order number.
- Wait for return authorization instructions.
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged.
- The wrong item was received.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 5-10 business days after approval.
- Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must follow our return process.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
